Heather Coven is Ky(lie)'s older sister. She doesn't understand trans* issues and at first, and only thinks of Kylie as her sister. She is currently in college and living alone with her sibling.

Heather has Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome(CAIS) thence she doesn't have a period and can't have children of her own. She identifies as female the Gender she was assigned at birth which makes her cisgender (Although some would call her Ipsogender (which is a fancy way of saying she agrees with the sex she was assigned at birth)).
